Driver Eligibility
All drivers must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid government-issued driver's license. Minimum passenger age is 12. A security deposit is mandatory for all rentals at the time of check-in.
Pre-Ride Briefing
Please arrive at the staging area 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. This ensures ample time for equipment fitting, safety orientation, and vehicle overview. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Tours operate rain or shine; however, we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of extreme weather alerts or flash flood warnings.
